We support the writing and submission of grant applications. Together, vision and community values are translated into strong, clear proposals. This takes place through workshops, one-on-one guidance and learning programmes in which participants work on concrete applications while developing the skills to write strong proposals independently.

We deploy pioneering and project coordination to sustainably strengthen community initiatives. The focus is on building a solid foundation that takes generational differences, internal dynamics and shared ownership into account. At the same time, we work on sound governance and financial sustainability, enabling the organisation to grow independently.

We organise community-led projects and events together with makers and (grassroots) organisations to make narratives and heritage visible and to sustainably embed them within the cultural sector.
